Every loaf at Elsing Bakehouse is slow-fermented and made by hand, using 100% organic, artisan-milled flours, packed with goodness, full of flavour and kind to your tummy. My pastries are handmade with Suffolk raw milk, cultured butter. Delicious spread with locally made preserves and a bowl of my home-roasted, all-organic granola on the side. Or give your tea break the luxury treatment with a soft-baked, browned butter, sourdough cookie.
My bread and cookies are available for bicycle delivery from Wednesday to Friday, to those living within 2.5 miles of Elsing or by collection from Lyng Stores (select at checkout).
Saturday bakes are available for collection only from the Bakehouse between 9.30 and 11.30am.
