Dark Chocolate and Orange - 6 sourdough cookies

Rich, dark chocolate and bright, fresh orange zest. This classic flavour combination is enhanced by nutty browned butter, the tang of sourdough and a pinch of sea salt flakes. A chewy, indulgent treat.
You can enjoy these cookies as a pack of 6 or as part of a mixed bag. Baked fresh to order and in your hand in time for afternoon coffee.
Ingredients (allergens in bold): wheat flour, browned butter, sourdough levain* (wheat and rye flour), sugar, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa powder, emusifier: soya lecithin), egg yolk, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, orange zest.
Whilst every care is taken in the handling of my ingredients, my cookies are baked in an open kitchen and may contain traces of nuts or sesame.
