The honey in this bread is something truly special. Made from hives dotted throughout organic, wildflower meadows, cold filtered and unblended to preserve the natural goodness. Combined with the smokiness of chipotle chilli, and background nutty rye notes, this loaf has a dark, crunchy crust and a soft crumb.

Not sweet. Not hot. Just the right amount of tingle.

Made with organic and stoneground white, wholemeal and rye flours, this seasonal sourdough loaf is perfect with white cheeses, tomato dishes and eggs.

This bread is slow-leavened and takes two days to prepare and bake fresh to order.

Ingredients (allergens in bold): wheat flour, water, wildflower meadow honey, rye flour, ground smoked chipotle chilli, sea salt.

Whilst every care is taken in the handling of my ingredients, my bread is baked in an open kitchen and may contain traces of nuts, dairy or sesame.
