Country Blonde - Bread Club
Made with organic and stoneground white*, wholemeal and rye flours, the Country Blonde is a naturally leavened (sourdough) loaf with a light, nutty flavour, soft crumb and a crisp, crunchy crust. Great for your daily sandwiches and toasted.
This bread is slow fermented and takes two days to prepare and bake fresh to order.
Orders must be placed no later than 4pm two days ahead of the scheduled delivery day. Orders placed after this deadline will not be delivered until the following week.
Ingredients (allergens in bold): wheat flour, water, rye flour, sea salt
Whilst every care is taken in the handling of my ingredients, my bread is baked in an open kitchen and may contain traces of nuts or sesame.
*This flour is unbleached and so has a rich cream colour
