Handmade and freshly baked each Saturday morning. I take one of my Butter Croissants and fill it with rich, homemade almond frangipane, a brush of brandy syrup, then coat the outside with even more frangipane and sliced almonds. Heaven. Best served warm.
Ingredients: 100% organic wheat flour, organic whole milk, free range eggs, Bungay Butter, sourdough culture, butter, sugar, almonds, brandy, water, yeast, sea salt.
