Mixed Bag - 6 sourdough cookies

Can't decide which delicious cookie to try? The mixed bag has two of each of the three flavours: Dark Chocolate and Orange, Date and Walnut and Raisin Snickerdoodle. All made with nutty, browned butter and tangy sourdough levain. Baked fresh to order and in your hand in time for afternoon coffee.
Ingredients (allergens in bold): wheat flour, browned butter, sourdough levain* (wheat and rye flours), sugar, egg yolk, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.
Additional ingredients:
-Dark Chocolate and Orange Cookies: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa powder, emusifier: soya lecithin), cocoa, orange zest.
-Date and Walnut Cookies: dates, walnuts.
-Raisin Snickerdoodle Cookies: raisins, cinnamon, vanilla essence.
Whilst every care is taken in the handling of my ingredients, my cookies are baked in an open kitchen and may contain traces of nuts or sesame.
