Rich gingerbread cake, frosted with a maple syrup glaze, filled with orange-scented mascarpone frosting and topped with sugared fresh cranberries. These mini-bundt cakes are a delicious Christmas treat with a coffee or cheeseboard.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, icing sugar, black treacle, butter, milk, egg, maple syrup, mascarpone, cream cheese, fresh cranberries, vanilla, baking powder, bicarbinate of soda, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, sea salt, clove, cardamon, nutmeg, fresh orange zest.
