The Snickerdoodle - an American classic chewy butter cookie with a crispy, sugar-cinnamon crust. These cookies are made extra special by the addition of some plump organic raisins, nutty browned butter and the tang of sourdough levain.
You can enjoy these cookies as a pack of 6 or as part of a mixed bag. Baked fresh to order and in your hand in time for afternoon coffee.
Ingredients (allergens in bold): wheat flour, browned butter, sourdough levain (a mixture of stoneground wheat and rye flours, housing a symbiotic relationship between wild yeast and tummy-friendly bacteria , read more about it here), sugar, raisins, egg yolk, vanilla essence, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, cinnamon.
