Mince Pies - Xmas Eve

Crumbly, handmade almond shortcrust pastry filled with my own special mince: rich with dried fruits, chopped nuts and whiskey.
Ingredients (allergens in bold): wheat flour, ground almonds, butter, cream, eggs, sultanas, raisins, currants, mixed peel, dried figs, glacé cherries, almonds, pecans, stem ginger, sugar, mixed spice, whiskey, lemon zest, vegetable suet, sea salt, icing sugar.
Please note: all of my bakes are made in an open kitchen. Whilst I take every care handling my ingredients they may contain traces of sesame, nuts, dairy, egg and gluten.
