500g round ridged wood pulp bannetons

• Purchased new in May 2021 and October 2021. Cost £10.95 each.
• Dimensions: (external) 21.5 Diameter x 7 H
• Used but in good, clean condition. Freshly brushed out and sterilised in the oven.
• I use these bannetons for 950g boule loaves and they are a great size.
• Before first use spray lightly with water and dust well with a 50/50 mix of flour and rice flour then allow to dry.
• To maintain sweep out and place in an oven at 140-150c for 40 minutes every few weeks.
• Allow to dry thoroughly after each use and before stacking/storing.
