Handmade and freshly baked each Saturday morning. My Sossless Rolls have a thick filling of pinhead oats, chestnut, cranberries, mushrooms, onion and fresh sage, all wrapped up in my buttery, flaky pastry.
All the joy and flavour sensation of a sausage roll with none of the pig and no weird, ultra-processed pretend meat. I'm here to tell you that these rolls are MEGA. One for a light lunch, two for a hungry one. You're welcome.
Ingredients: 100% organic wheat flour, butter, soured cream, mushroom, chestnut puree, pinhead oats, onion, cranberries, free range eggs, cream, marmite (contains barley, wheat, oats, rye extract), vegetable stock (contains celeriac and celery), sea salt, baking powder, fresh sage, poppy seeds, pepper, nutmeg.
