A special seasonal treat bake: Brandy Profiteroles. Light and airy choux buns, filled with brandy crème pâtissière and topped with dark chocolate ganache. Jingle bells!
Ingredients (allergens in bold): wheat flour, butter, milk, cream, eggs, sugar, cornflour, dark chocolate, brandy, sea salt.
